Welcome to Decora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and platform. By accessing or using Decora, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Who We Are

Decora is a B2B platform connecting interior designers with vetted suppliers and clients. We are currently in a soft launch phase and not yet operating as a registered legal entity. All activities are currently coordinated by Farzeen Saeed, Founder.

3. Scope of Services

Decora facilitates introductions between clients, interior designers, and suppliers. We do not participate in setting prices, managing project contracts, or guaranteeing specific outcomes. Any agreements between parties are their sole responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities

All users must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Communicate professionally and in good faith

• Abide by Decora’s commission and conduct policies

5. Fees & Commissions

Decora charges commission on successful client or supplier introductions, depending on the source of the lead. Commission terms are outlined in individual designer and supplier agreements and may vary based on the nature of each project.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Decora unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Decora is not liable for any disputes, miscommunications, or unsatisfactory outcomes between clients, designers, or suppliers. All users engage with each other at their own discretion and risk.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
